Latvian Aerobics Association (LAA) is founded in the year 1993 an organization that unites Latvian professional fitness trainers and sports, with the aim to promote and develop a healthy and active lifestyle level as well as to provide continuous, high quality fitness and sports training for trainers and aerobics fitness in other ways thereby making a lasting contribution to the total population of active recreation, gymnastics and sports activities in raising the quality.
